Sales / Purchase Process
Learn what to expect during our sales / purchase process…
- Receive brochures and or quote.
- An order will be written and signed by you and your salesperson.
- 10% of building price is paid as down payment.
- Order form is turned in to J.C.s Metal Building Sales, Inc.
- Pricing is verified and Accepted by J.C.s Metal Building Sales, Inc.
- Customer or customer’s representative is contacted if corrections are necessary.
- Order form is accepted by J.C.s Metal Building Sales, Inc. then becoming an official contract.
- Order is sent to installation crew.
- Structure is Installed to Customers satisfaction.
- Follow up Call’s are made to Assure Customer is happy with Structure.
- In most cases J.C.s Metal Building Sales will Visually Inspect new Structure.
- J.C.s Metal Building Sales will Confirm Customers Satisfaction in Person or Phone.
